I think Korea education is very good and best in the world. But it have a lot of behind story. Education is best but students don't feel study is fun.

Haiku

Last week, our class created haiku, a kind of Japanese poetry. Haiku are characterized by their brevity and emphasis on simple ideas, often evoking nature or time. Although they are not strictly limited to the oft-taught 5-7-5 or 3-5-3 syllable pattern, our students really enjoyed trying to figure out syllable counts for English words, an aspect of the language they'd never before had to consider. By reading our students' haiku, you can tell what inspires them most: daily life, relationships, happiness, and fried chicken. Here are just a few:

 In this movie, the man's dauther is raped and killed. He is trying to find people who did such thing to his dauther and he wants to kill them.

He says 'Why do I have to forgive them who killed my dauther? '

I think this is very complicate problem .

Of course the parents whose children were killed or hurt can't forgive them.

Maybe they won't agree with the judgment.

But the assailants are also someone's children.

There might be a lot of point of view.

Bro - That Kind of Guy

Back in March, a self-proclaiming 'Ilbe' netizen, Bro, released a song called 'That kind of guy'.  The music itself is normal. It sounds like a normal ballad song. But it's the lyrics that made the song famous. It talks about an 'ideal guy' who can do anything to make a woman happy. It also talks about why the heck that kind of guy would meet a girl like you.

The singer, Bro, wasn't a known singer. He didn't expect the song to get famous. Instead he was worried that he would be criticized hard for making a song like this. But it topped the charts like Melon and Monkey3. He did get criticized for the song. A group called 'Veloce', consisting of 3 female singers, wrote a song in response to this song called 'That kind of girl'. It's the exact same story except that it's a girl singing to a guy about why a girl like that would meet him. 
I personally think that the song is fun. I don't really care about what it means. I don't think that people should take the lyrics seriously. I think it's just a fun song to enjoy.

they are running 155 miles in Sahara Desert. The runners run 249 kilometers. It look very hard haha..

Why: To commemorate Kim Il Sung's birthday & to share a good experience and new friendships to foreigners

My thought:
Anyway, both North Korea & South Korea are in war (since June 25th, 1950). So it is very hard to visit North Korea as a South Korean. Also, most foreigners have worried North Koreans because of their danger. But that marathon competition says North Korea may open its borders, and it can be to become 'United Korea' soon.
