Dear New Teacher
Hi. My name is Lee Chang-Jun. Im third grader. I want to introduce about our school. Students in CSH live at dormitory. They only can go their own home at every weekend. We will have vacation during about one month. But we only can stay at home during first week of the vacation. We have to go to school during rest of the vacation.
In second semester, All of third graders and some of second graders prepare to enter the university. They dont need the grades when they receive at second semester. Because the university dont want to receive it. As a result they will act lazy and they may sleep often.
Our school have busy schedules and students have to study hard for science and math. It makes students dont feel interesting about English. But they are kind and you will like them.
Some students will participate in international contest and they will ask you for help... ...
If you like to play for fun, there are many amusement things at sang-nam dong. There are many people and much more buildings. Such as internet cafe, restaurant, academy, motel, ..etc. But be careful SK hospital. Because the MERS appeared in the hospital. I think it is not dangerous now. But it is not bad to be careful.
Students in CSH dont have mobile phone. They like facebook. Students feel stress very much but they kind. Maybe teachers also kind to you. I think you can ask for help from Andrew Cheng or Courtney hill. Many students like exercise. They study during many times sitting. Most of them like soccer, basket ball, badminton. Some guys are good at English but most of them arent. Nice to meet you.

Dear New Teacher
Hey! I am Matthew from the third grade. I am quite fluent in English, so I think I can help you a lot when you come here. Courtney told us to tell you something about our school and our city, and I am glad to do this for you. I don't know where you are right now, but probably it will be a lot different from here. I think you have to be very prepared to get along well.
One big thing is that everyone speaks Korean(of course). What I am trying to say is the stress of 'non-communication'. I know how this feels like, and at first it will be very challenging for you to even understand what students say. I think the only solution to this is getting used to it. I hope you are not too surprised when you come.
The other thing is that you are lucky. Our school is consisted of selected students. The way that students treat you will be a lot better than normal school. I will skip how classes were done until now because Courtney probably will, so I will tell you about the general thing. I think teachers will be very kind. Some might avoid you because they cannot speak English. But if you try speaking to them, they will try to talk to you as well. It is better to be active. They will like you.
Outside of school there are many things to do. I don't know about your hobby, but if you like sports, there are many places for you to go. What people usually do here is soccer, basketball, baseball, biking, and hiking. I hope you like sports because a lot of students here play sports during lunch and dinner time, so if you like to participate in a game, you can play with us. There are many tasty food here, and one menu which almost everyone likes is fried chicken. It is quite different from those KFCs from the U.S.
I think you should go watch a baseball game. The cheering is amazing, and you will be overwhelmed by the atmosphere.
My last advice is to just have fun. That's it. See you!

Hello teacher, my name is Sang Jin Lee. I'm student president in CSHS.
i'm 3rd grader in CSHS, so I know a lot of our school and teachers.
I think our school has many weak points.
I think most of our teachers are unkind to our school students.
Also I think we are too tired about studying and our school lives.
So, most students don't want to have a lot of homework. We are too busy to study math and science.
Many students like vibrant teachers. I hope you are good at joking.
Our school has generally 170 student, I think it is very small.
All students live in dormitary, so I think it will be easy to be familar with our students.
Changwon is large city in 경상남도. There are 2 science high schools in 경상남도. Changwon and Gyeongnam science high schools.
In Changwon there are baseball and basketball teams. Baseball team is NC DINOS, basketball team is Changwon LG. I like NC DiNOS, and I don't watch Koream basketball(KBL).
In Korea, 김치 is very famous food. It is spicy and delicious. I love this.
We are very normal students, and we like math and science.
Most of students have stress about school test, so I think you should give less homework.
Maybe you will be tired because you must teach all of our students, and English times are increasing.
Anyway, I want to meet you. If you have any questions about our school, you should ask about Changwon or our school.
Students don't want to do by force. I think all of opinios must have logical reasons.

Hi. My name is Chaebin. I'm 3rd grade student in Changwon Science High School.
My school is science school, so we usually learn math and science. Alll of the student have major, my major is biology. Other subjects are music, history, Korea, English, PE and information. We study 12hours in a day. It's too hard. I always want more sleeping time. But my school has many good things too.
Now, I introduce about Changwon. Changwon is environment city in Korea. In changwon has public bike. I called 'NuBiJa(누비자)'. And Yongji lake is good place. In Korea has singing room. There is so funny, korea student usually go there to play. It's cool!
And we have Tteok-bokki, It is Korea food. Little spicy, but It's very delicious. and In Summer, I love patbingsu, adzuki-bean ice dessert. It is very very delicious too!

Hello. My name is Lee Jeong-in and I'm 3rd of Changwon Science High School. I expect you! changwon is called environmental city. There are public bicycle system called Nubija. If you like to bike and exercise, you can use it yourself. I heard that there are not pork belly(samgyeopsal) which is very delicious! Courtney who is previous teacher of this school said almost all Americans who came as a teacher in Korea like this very much. Have you heard Patbingsu? It is very popular deseart of Korea. Famous Patbingsu restaurant is '설빙'. If you like spicy food, I recomend Tteokbokki or Webfoot Octopus. Famous Webfoot Octopus restaurant is '바보형제주꾸미' In here, you can eat webfoot octopus with thin piza. It is delicious!

Our traditional clothes is hanbok which have colorful color. Nowadays, modernized hanbok is making in Korea, and it's so beautiful I think. Changwon, which is city in Gyengsangnamdo in Korea is the place that I live. Changwon is Eco-friendly cities and orderly road.
You can see lots of close-in building because Korea is the areas of high population density, especially seoul, capital our country. Now is the rainy season. Maybe it will finish this week(and I hope that because I don's like rain).

Changwon city is located in southern part of South Korea. It's called 'Gangnam of southern part' because it's more brilliant at night than daytime, and there are more people at night than daytime. Well it's just joke, but some are true.
There are many trees, many cars, many people, and also many buildings at downtown. There is also very wide long road. It's because Changwon city is planned city and the road, called Changwon-dae-ro, is planned for flighters or tanks when war break out(dae and ro is chinese letter, and it means big and road). But now no one care about first purpose of the road, and it's just a road:)
Changwon Science High School is the special high school, and it's different other normal high school. We live in dormitory and we go to home just one day a week. We wake up at 6:30 a.m. and go to dorm at 11:50 p.m. and we study only except for 3 hours for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We usually concentrate math and science. Some students can graduate in 2nd grade! It is kind of privilege as a Science high school student.
